Hourly Rate
Our hourly rate is $80/hour, one hour minimum, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Materials
We do not mark up any materials purchased to complete the job. Our customers are welcome to purchase materials themselves or have us purchase them instead.
Trip Fee
Any day we are required to visit the job site; you will receive 30 minutes of drive time included at no charge. Driving time exceeding this is charged at $50/hour, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Trip charges do not apply to initial consultations.
Estimates
Many times, we are asked to provide an estimate (bid) for what the job will cost. We can certainly do this, and in writing if needed, documenting the assumptions. Ultimately, we will invoice based on the actual time spent and money spent on materials.
Forms of Payment
Preferred payments include electronic methods (Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay). We will also gladly accept Cash or Checks. Credit Cards are accepted, but we must charge a 3% fee to cover the transaction costs.
Invoices or Receipts
We will gladly provide a written invoice via e-mail or text if you need it. Receipts are provided any time you need them.
Project Size
We specialize in small projects, so no need to worry about that. Typically, our projects span just one hour to less than a week. We are happy to talk about anything you need.
Service Area
We are based in Southwest Minneapolis. We typically service clients within a 20-mile radius, but we are open working further away if the project fits.
What won’t we do?
We don’t do large re-models or major new construction.
We must turn down electrical projects and major plumbing projects, as these usually need to be completed by a specialized trade.
If we cannot do something for you, we will do our best to connect you with someone that can.

We are insured through Auto Owners with a general business liability policy. We can always provide a copy of the policy if you need it.
